Condition
The movement and functions working at the time of cataloguing. The dial and hands in excellent condition. The case in good condition only with the inevitable light scuffs throughout from careful wear.
Overall an attractive piece in very good condition.

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, Extract from the Archives confirming the date of sale on January 27th 2009, booklets and presentation case.
This elegant watch is an attractive example of the classic 5040. The reference was produced from 1992 to 2007 and is cherished by enthusiasts for its distinguished tonneau form. Only 30 pieces of this reference in platinum have appeared on the market so far.
To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time this watch has been presented at auction.
