Seed pearl sautoir, 1900s and a cultured pearl necklace

Composed of a twisted rope of seed-pearls to a pair of seed-pearl tassel terminals, several small stones deficient from tassels, length approximately 1300mm, and a cultured pearl necklace composed of a single graduated row of cultured pearls to a paste set clasp, length approximately 390mm.

Seed-pearl sautoir, seed-pearls with cream body colour, medium lustre, tassels mounted in silver and gold with several small pinkish rubies and paste stones deficient, overall good condition. Cultured pearl necklace, pearls well matched with cream body colour, good high lustre and rose overtone, paste clasp mounted in silver stamped 935 to the reverse, in very good condition.
