Probably Sir William Forbes, 7th Bt. of Pitsligo (1773-1828)

Condition

Pont Rhydwrwrie [?], vale of Tan y Bwlch has been well preserved. There is some fading to the pigments and general surface dirt but the images retains a sense of grandeur. The original mount is discoloured. Many of the pigments in the remaining drawings have faded.
