Condition
Original canvas. Small protrusion in the lower right corner. A faint craquelure pattern across the foreground; also in the vertical white column near right edge and in a few places of impasto elsewhere across the canvas, only visible upon close inspection. Overall appears in good condition.
Under ultraviolet light there appear to be no signs of retouching.
Held in a dark gilt frame with a canvas inset under glass; unexamined out of frame.
