- Height: 13 1/2 inches
cast to resemble an archaic steamer, the lower section divided into three bulbous lobes tapering to three columnar feet, each lobe cast with a taotie mask, below triangular flanges on the sides of the bell-shaped upper section, cast with a band of archaistic motifs just below the flared mouth rim, set with two upright loop handles, the surface enhanced with patination, the interior inscribed Boju zuo bao zunyi in archaic script

Condition
On the sides of the upper section, there is an approximately 8 cm long section that has been repaired with an associated crack running up towards the rim. The lower section also has an approximately 5 cm long section that has been repaired. There are cracks to the base of one handle, there is a nick to the rim, as well as the expected casting imperfections and surface wear. The patina has been enhanced.
