well potted with steep sides, finely painted with blossoms on the exterior linked by scrolling leafy stems above a ruyi border, the interior mouth rim with the blooms in alternating views and the central roundel enclosing a single flowerhead, the base inscribed with an apocryphal six-character Chenghua mark

Condition
In overall fair condition with only minor firing imperfections, a stroke of white house paint to the rim (approx. 5.5 cm, easily removable), and minor frits and chips to the footring.
