of circular cushion form, the surface enamelled in translucent burnt orange over radiating engine-turning, the lid centred with a gold rouble coin (1756) of Empress Elizabeth Petrovna within a rose-cut diamond-set border, diamond thumbpiece, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, 72 standard, scratched inventory number 51641, with an associated Fabergé wood case

Condition
Excellent, near perfect condition, the hinge very slightly loose, the coin has been out and was re-set. The associated box with time wear.
