Condition
The edges of the panel are uneven but it is otherwise in good order. Light frame abrasions are visible along the edges and there is a layer of surface dirt. Inspection under UV light reveals no apparent signs of restoration. Held in a black and gold painted wooden frame with decorative plaster mouldings. Unexamined out of frame.

Catalogue Note
The reverse of the present lot is inscribed with the address in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. Goncharova and Larionov lived on the third floor in flat 16 from the 1920s onwards.
