Condition

There is a composition in gouache and pencil on the reverse, visible through a viewing panel (20.5 by 12cm). Elements of the reverse composition can be seen through the sheet from the front. The top edge of the sheet is uneven and has several minor tears. There is a larger repaired vertical tear of a few cms to the left of the top right corner. The sheet is lightly creased and has discoloured. Otherwise in overall good condition and ready to hang. Held in a simple black frame, mounted and behind plexiglass. Unexamined out of frame.
