Drypoint, circa 1902, the second (final) state, signed in pencil, numbered 9/50, on D&C Blauw laid paper, published by Estampes Nouvelles, stamped with their printed monogram lower right

Condition

The full sheet (a deckle edge at each side), in good condition apart from pale uneven paper discoloration, occasional pale fox marks, an inconspicuous horizontal flattened crease through the centre of the sheet (only visible upon close inspection), a minute circular loss of pigment on the child's neck, unframed. (Pencil inscriptions verso).
