a unique object, scratched chromogenic print, signed, titled, dated, and annotated in pencil on the reverse, 2004

Condition

This chromogenic print, on paper with a sheen surface, is in generally excellent condition. Due to the photographer's process, it is scratched horizontally and vertically overall. The black surface of the print has been abraded with a ruler-guided razor. The layers of yellow and red dyes below and the white tooth of the paper base show through these abrasions. The multiple small stains of colors caused by the small bumps from the dust and particles beneath the paper that interrupted the scratch lines.
