Condition

The canvas has a fairly recent and sound relining. The paint surface is stable with an effective varnish. The paint surface is in very good overall condition with no major damages. The yellows are now degraded. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals only a few minor local areas of repair. Offered in a later gilt plaster wood frame in good condition.
