Condition

The panel is uncradled, flat and stable. The paint surface is relatively clean and the varnish clear and even. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals very careful retouchings along the wood grain throughout most of the sky, and in the brickwork of the tower and wall, right. Small details of the figures have also been strengthened. In overall good condition. Offered in a moulded gilt wood frame with some losses.
