Condition

The canvas is lined, the paint surface is clean and the varnish is clear and even. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals retouching along all four margins, and scattered, minor retouchings in the sky and in the water towards the lower margin. In overall very good condition. Offered in a thin wooden slip frame.
