2) Autograph copy of a codicil to his will, signed and dated, marked "Abschrift. Nachtrag zu meinem Testament vom 1. August 1920", modifying his previous will slightly, referring to his musical works, his house, furniture and belongings, and clarifying the situation relating to performance rights and royalties should his wife survive him ("...Ich bestimme hiemit, dass mein Sohn Franz Strauss als Alleinerbe meines Nachlasses nach meinem Tode die gesammten Einnahmen aus meinen Werken: Verlegerhonorare, Aufführungs: und sonstige Tantiemen seiner Mutter: Pauline Strauss auf Lebenszeit zu überlassen hat..."), 1 page, 4to (c. 27 x 21cm), Garmisch, 4 August 1920
