Condition

The elements of the work all appear sound and secure. Around the edges at the side of the work, there is some cracking in line with the construction of the work, and also some lifting and flecks of paint loss. There may be an area of loss to the cigarette butt near the centre of the upper edge. There is some light surface dust to the upper edge of the kerb element and to some of the pitted areas of the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
