Condition

The board is sound. A backing board appears to be adhered to the reverse of the work, and the board is sealed into its wooden mount. There are some extremely minor scuffs to the edges of the board, otherwise the work is in excellent overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of retouching. Held under glass in a gilt plaster frame. Please telephone the department on +44 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
