Condition

The sculpture is sound. There are some very small points of rubbing at some of the extremities of the bronze, such as the points of the shoulders and the back of the head. There are further small areas of rubbing to the belly, breast and back of the figure. There are traces of casting residue in the crevices of the bronze, and some light surface dirt in places, notably at the base. Subject to the above the work is in excellent overall condition.
