Condition
The illustration is slightly too green and yellow. Two different armchairs and different carving to form an arlequin pair. They have been previously lacquered and stripped out.
On one armchair : The four feet have been broken and refixed. The upper part of the seat rail partly restored. Later wooden blocks to get the structure firm. The upholstery is dirty.
On the other armchair : some of the wood worms holes have been refilled. One foot broken and refixed. The four feet ends have been replaced. Later wooden blocks to firm the structure. Some stains and dirt on the upholstery.
Interesting large size. Fine carving. Nice model with the inner scroll shape of the feet.
