The canvas is unlined. The surface is clean and painting is presentable as is. There is very good retention of the paint surface with lovely preservation of detail and coloration. Under UV light: there is an area of retouching along the right edge from the top down to the middle. Very small amounts of retouching can be seen at upper and lower left edges.
