Condition
The panel is uncradled and is flat and stable; it is beveled on all four sides. The surface is clean and the painting is presentable as is. Overall there is excellent retention of the paint surface with lovely detail throughout. UV light: there are some retouches in the sky at upper right and left edges. There are two very small retouches, over what appear to be surface scratches, at top edge. Some other small retouches in lower sky above the tree at center. Some uneven fluorescing of the varnish along the lower edge. This painting can be hung as is and there is no need for further work.
In a carved and gilt wood frame.
