Colored Diamond and Diamond Necklace

Of graduated fringe design, set with round diamonds of near colorless and yellow hue, the drop-shaped fringes pavé-set at the front and composed of polished gold at the back, length adjustable measuring 14½ or 15½ inches.

In good condition, with very minor wear to the mounting. Stamped 750PW and 18K750 5 for 18 karat yellow and white gold. The diamonds weighing a total of approximately 73.00 carats. The near colorless diamonds are predominantly E-G color. The diamonds of yellow hue are a light yellow color. The diamonds are predominantly VVS-VS clarity with a few SI1 examples.The pavé-set drop are mounted in yellow gold at the top, set with diamond of yellow hue, and graduate to white gold at the bottom, set with near-colorless diamonds. The necklace measures 14½ inches long or 15½ inches when worn with one inch matching extender, is very flexible and of a nice heft, gross weight approximately 122 dwts. Please note that the diamonds of yellow hue have not been tested for origin of color.
