Designed as a rooster set with single and old mine-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats, accented by calibré-cut emeralds and rubies, gross weight approximately 8 dwts, numbered 4046, with French assay and maker's marks, two emeralds missing; circa 1915.
Condition
In good condition with gentle wear to the mounting. As noted, there are two small calibré-cut emeralds missing from the tail feathers. The remaining emeralds are a well-matched, lively medium green with light abrading and moderately included. The rubies are a lively medium to medium-deep, very slightly purplish red with lightly abrading and lightly included. The diamonds are approximately H-J color and predominantly SI clarity. Fitted with a gold safety chain-pin mechanism.
