Set with a cushion-shaped ruby weighing 3.65 carats, the mount and shoulders embellished with step-cut and baguette diamonds, size 531/2, partial French assay mark.

Condition

Accompanied by a Chaumet certificate of authenticity dated 21 March 1945; together with SSEF report no. 96109, stating that the cushion-shaped ruby weighing 3.65 carats, measuring 9.52 x 9.45 x 4.25mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Partial French assay mark for platinum. Ruby red of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, minor abrasions and nicks. For more information on the ruby, please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of wear to the metal commensurate with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 11 grams.
