Each designed as a butterfly, the first decorated with rose-cut diamonds, cabochon opals, red gemstones and sapphires; and the second embellished with rose-cut diamonds, seed pearls, red gemstones and sapphires; both mounted in silver and gold, each can be worn as a pendant.

Condition

Mounted in 6 karat gold as tested. Red gemstones are bright, purplish red colour and good saturation, overall in good condition. Sapphires, estimated to weigh approximately 0.40ct, are medium dark blue of moderate saturation, with minor typical inclusions, some surface reaching when viewed under 10X magnification. Opals, estimated to weigh approxiamtely 0.10ct, are white with faint to moderate play of colour. Pearls are cream colour with very good lustre. Diamonds, estimated to weigh approximately 0.15ct, are on average J colour, SI clarity as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of minor wear and tarnish on metal consistent with age and use. Overall in very good condition.
