- Jadeite, sapphire, diamond, yellow gold
- Carved jadeite beads approximately 13.50mm and 13.40mm.
Each suspending a carved jadeite bead of light green colour, to the jadeite bead surmount and floral top, embellished with cabochon sapphires and rose-cut diamonds, mounted in yellow gold and platinum, signed Cartier, indistinctly numbered, with French assay and partial maker's marks, post and sprung lock fittings.
Condition
Accompanied by Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory certificate numbered SJ 152910, dated 29 June 2017, stating that the jadeite tested is natural, known in the trade as "A Jade". For further details, please refer to report.
One surmount signed Cartier Paris, numbered 47681A5 with French assay mark, mounted in platinum and gold. Jadeites are semi-translucent, of light green color and suffused with streaks of bright green colour. Under strong illumination, minor fissures are visible. Sapphire cabochons are medium dark blue colour of medium strong saturation. Under 10x magnification, there are typical inclusions. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 0.15 carats in total, are on average H to J colour, mostly SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Tarnish and scratches to the metal consistent with age. Overall in good condition.
