Condition
The canvas appears original and sound. There are some very minor, fine lines of reticulation apparent to some of the dark blue and dark green pigments in the upper right quadrant, with one or two tiny possible specks of loss. There are one or two small traces of light surface dirt. The work appears to be in very good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals some fine lines and spots of retouching along the upper edge and at the upper right edge, with one or two very small further specks in places.
The work is presented in a painted wooden frame, held under glass.
