Condition
The sheet is attached to the mount with one tab at each of the upper corners. The sheet appears sound. There is evidence of old adhesive tape attached to the reverse of the sheet about all of the edges, and evidence of old adhesive tabs to the upper edge, not visible in the current mount. There is a pinhole in the upper centre of the work, thought to be in keeping with the Artist's working method. There is some slight discolouration to the sheet. There is some studio detritus, particularly to the edges of the sheet. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition.
The work is window mounted and presented in a painted and gilded wooden frame, held under glass.
