Condition
The board appears sound.
There is a spot of loss to a thicker element of applied impasto at the lower right edge, visible upon closer inspection. There is a small scuff in the top right corner, and a further, smaller scuff visible to the centre of the left hand edge, most probably in line with an old frame abrasion. These are only visible upon very close inspection. Elsewhere there are some traces of very minor surface dirt and detritus, but this excepting the work appears in very good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
Housed in a gilt and painted wooden frame.
