Condition
Not examined out of the frame. The canvas appears original and sound****. There are some lines of reticulation to the orange pigment in the upper left corner. There are a few traces of light surface dirt and studio detritus. Subject to the above the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
Tightly float-mounted in a simple wooden frame.
