- oil on board
- 26 by 38.5cm.; 10¼ by 15¼in.
Provenance
Acquired directly from the Artist by the present owner
Condition
The board appears sound. There is a five centimeter scratch in the paint surface towards the right edge. There are two very slight scuffs in the sky of the upper left quadrant. There is one further mark in the center of the sky but this is quite possibly in keeping with the artist's technique. There are also one or two instances of the artist's handling marks, as a result of handling the paint whilst wet. Subject to the above the work appears in overall very good condition.
Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of florescence or restoration.
