A gift from the Artist to the present owner on her 21st birthday, 9th September 1959
Condition
There are eight horizontal creases to the sheet owing to the work having bene folded or rolled. There is deterioration to the bottom of the sheet sand this has resulted in cracks to the paper and instances of loss and damage. There are artist's pinholes in the upper left and upper right corners. There are some further minor creases, with one or tiny tiny tears visible upon close inspection along the extreme left edge. There are some accretions and minor studio detritus apparent. There is some staining and handling marks to the sheet, particularly evident at the edges.
The work is window mounted and held behind glass in a simple wooden frame.
