Condition

Roger Vivier for Christian Dior an important pair of beaded 'pagoda' shoes, 1957, of turquoise satin, spangled with gold sequins and turquoise beads, the sole curling upwards into a point at the toe tip, 28cm, 11in long, right shoe: sequin losses to upper above heel, slight rubbing to leather curled toe, two fine splits in silk to left side of vamp above the sole, lacking some of the turquoise beads generally but nothing immediately obvious. Left shoe: lacking sequins and beads from upper above the heel area, slight rubbing to leather curled toe tip, Slight losses to beading mainly along the sides, fine splits in silk on both sides of front vamp approx 7 in total.
