Condition
The medium is oil on canvas. The canvas appears to have been put on a new stretcher. There are a few stray lines of cracquelure in the pale yellows of the horses and the occasional line of very minute pigment separation scattered. Under UV the more thickly painted lines and dots of pigment fluoresce in keeping with the artist's technique. There is no apparent inpainting. The colors are strong and the work presents very well.
