Condition
The medium is oil on canvas. The canvas is not lined. There is some frame rubbing at all four edges with some associated paint loss. There is an area of convex canvas in the blue area of the roof at right, with associated cracquelure. There is some bowing outward of the canvas more generally in the right-half of the picture plane. There are some scattered lines of cracking predominantly in the right half of the picture plane. In the gazebo at center, to the right of the red section there appears to be a thumb print left in the thicker paint. There is some surface dirt. There is no apparent inpainting when viewed under UV. The colors are fresh and the work presents very well.
