Condition
The medium is oil on panel. The work is in very good condition aside from some small scattered losses in the purples, and in the red in the upper left corner. There is some extremely minor frame abrasion at the very extreme edges, and some surface dust and dirt. In the upper right corner in the orange, the impasto appears to have been flattened. Under UV: the light greens of the flower pot appear to fluoresce, likely a reaction of the active pigments. The colors are fresh and the composition is bold; the work presents very well.
