Condition
The canvas is not lined and examination under UV light reveals no evident signs of retouching. There is some very minor stable shrinkage to the brown pigment of the hill and some minor craquelure in places, primarily to the restaurant. There is a small disturbance to the pigment along the left hand side, possibly due to frame abrasion. The surface is nicely textured and the pigments are fresh. This work is in overall very good condition.
