Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, hinged to the mount in two places long the upper edge and floating in the mount. The edges of the sheet are slightly unevenly cut. There is a horizontal flattened crease parallel to the lower edge which appears to be original. There are some flecks of paint loss and tiny spots of paper skimming to and around the rose hedge to the centre of the lower edge. There is a spot of discolouration to the sky above the building, possibly original. There are some small nicks to the sheet along the lower edge. The colours appear to have faded very slightly over time. This work is in overall good condition.
