• cal. 72B manual winding nickel lever movement, 17 jewels, mono metallic balance • silvered sunburst dial, applied faceted baton indexes with luminescent dots, Obélisque hands, engine turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour registers, outer minute and 1/5 second divisions, outermost tachometer scale • stainless steel case, screw down crown and solid case back • case, dial, and movement signed • with a stainless steel Rolex rivet bracelet and folding clasp

Condition

The movement is running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Case in excellent vintage condition with light wear and markings. Bezel and case bands with some very light surface wear. Bracelet with minimal wear. Dial in excellent vintage condition. Luminescent dots with oxidation. Lumes to the hands with oxidation. Hands with some light surface wear and markings. Dial with some very light debris and restored. Crystal with very light markings. Chronograph function working properly. Movement in excellent condition.
