Condition
The movement in working condition at the time of cataloguing, date set, chronograph runs smoothly. It was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. The dial and hands in very good condition. Case in good condition with some inevitable light scuffs and scratches. Overall in good condition.

The Ref. 5270 was first introduced in Basel in 2011. It is distinguished by the new in-house caliber CH 29-535 PS and the subsidiary dials located below the central axis of the dial. In comparison with the previous model, the reference 5970, it also has a larger case (41 mm). Patek Philippe perpetual calendar chronograph wristwatches from all periods have become highly sought-after by collectors around the globe and the new Ref. 5270 is already considered as a modern classic.
