• cal. 1036 automatic lever movement, 25 jewels • brown tropical dial, luminescent baton and dot indexes, gilt outer minute ring, magnified aperture for date, Mercedes hands, red hand for second time zone indication • stainless steel Oyster case, bi-directional bezel calibrated to 24 units for second time zone, screw-down crown and back • case, dial and movement signed

Condition

Movement running at the time of cataloguing. Case with scuffs and scratches throughout due to frequent use. The bezel having faded. Dial has taken on a very attractive and consistent brass patina, indexes aged also with some lost of luminescent material. Hands aged and with oxidation, hand for second time zone having lost some its red coating, and with small spots of oxidation. The watch has not been tested to determine the accuracy of its timekeeping.
