Condition
Overall in very good condition. When viewed in person, the colors are softer and more varied in their appearance. The surfaces with minor scattered oxidation, and with minor indentations concentrated to front lower edge. The front panel with minor fine surface scratches concentrated to the proper right area of the latch, not visually distracting. The original suede liner with minor scattered rubbing and wear concentrated to the upper edges throughout, with the majority of the suede still intact. The underside of the base with minor rubbing concentrated to the outer edges. The jewelry box is together with the original padlock and key, as well a small paper accounting ledger from the period. A wonderfully executed example of this model with excellent provenance.
