Condition

Overall very good condition. The table retains its original dark wood finish and the inset Grueby tile appears to be original and undisturbed. The wood surfaces throughout with scattered minor surface scratches, abrasions, some scattered very minor edge losses, and light wear to the finish. The wood with some minor age cracks concentrated to the rounded shoulders of the tops of the legs due to the natural expansion and contraction of the wood over time. The inset tile in very good condition with some scattered minor edge flecks and some surface irregularities inherent in the making. The tile displays a rich and vibrant ochre hue. An elegant and intricate Japonesque-inspired design.
