Condition

Overall in good condition. The surfaces present with a few scattered and faint surface scratches, consistent with age and gentle handling. The copper surfaces of the chair with evidence of past cleaning and subsequent faint residue as is visible in the catalogue illustration. Some light variations in color and finish, consistent with handling and cleaning, notably around the outer hardware and upper and lower edges of the chairs. There is some faint and minor oxidation, cleaning residue and darker colorations present in the recessed areas of the design. One chair with a slight inward bending of the lower quadrant of the proper right front leg. This chair with a small area of adhesive residue measuring approximately ¾ x 1 ½ in. at the at the top of the proper right side. The back copper panel of this chair with a horizontal abrasion along the bottom edge and a few adjacent surface scuffs. An iconic design that presents well overall.
