Literature

Marc and Marie-Claude Lalique, Lalique par Lalique, Paris, 1977, p. 141 (for a double table top version)

Condition

Overall in very good condition. The base with a few minor air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the production of the piece. The metal elements at the top of the base with minor faint surface scratches. The table comes supplied with two glass tops, both of them replaced, one measuring 42 in. and the other measuring 31 in. in diameter, respectively. The smaller of the two with a few scattered scratches throughout consistent with age and gentle use and not visually distracting. Please note that the bottom six sections of the glass base are also signed and dated Lalique ® France. A striking design by Marc Lalique.
