Condition

Overall in good condition. The wood surfaces appear to have been sensitively revarnished and present with a few light surface scratches, minor abrasions, a few minor discolorations and light surface soiling consistent with age and gentle use. On both chairs the upper edge of the backrest with a few isolated hairline cracks to the extremities, only visible upon close inspection. The proper right back leg of one chair where the decorative element at mid-height has been reattached to the leg. The upper front edge of the seat with a minor chip on the proper left side, not visually distracting. The proper front legs with two small chips to the outer corners at the bottom, the largest measuring 3/4 x 1/2 inches. The chairs have been reupholstered and the fabric is in good condition with minor surface soiling consistent with age and gentle use.
