Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 8 cracks throughout, including one small spider crack, all seemingly stable. The shade with light surface soiling to the glass and adjacent borders of the shade leading throughout, consistent with age and gentle handling. The shade does not appear to have any replaced glass tiles and the leading throughout appears undisturbed. When viewed in person, the "Pomegranate" motif presents with a slightly warmer, more orange hue than in the catalogue illustration. The base displays with a rich russet brown and green patina with light surface scratches, minor abrasions and light surface soiling consistent with age and gentle handling. The circumference of the ribbed base cushion and ball feet with scattered abrasions and small losses to the patina; two feet in particular with concentrated losses to the patina, the largest measuring approximately ½ inch in length. All three sockets and paddle switches appear to be original and undisturbed. With period finial with threaded pin. A very nice example of the "Pomegranate" shade design.
