Overall in excellent condition. The shade with no obvious cracks, and all of the metal overlays over the poppy centers and lower leaf register appear to be in tact both on the shade’s interior and exterior. The shade’s gilt patina with areas of wear throughout, consistent with age and gentle handling. The shade does not appear to have any replaced glass tiles. The base displays with a rich brown patina with light surface scratches and abrasions throughout, consistent with age and gentle handling. All three sockets and paddle switches appear to be later replacements. With a period finial with complimentary coloration to the base; the base wheel fitted with threaded pin. A vibrant and dynamic shade in excellent condition.
