each enameled with a pair of five-clawed dragons, striding in pursuit of 'flaming pearls', the saucers centered with a shou character, the bases with apocryphal six-character Chenghua marks in underglaze blue (4) 

Condition

Each item with minor wear to the enamels, wear to the foot, and firing imperfections. One saucer with multiple glaze cracks in the sides, and both saucers with patches of abrasions to the dragons' enamels. One cup with two repaired chips and associated short hairline cracks, spray-consolidated at the rim, and with a small chip to the foot ring. The other cup with a hairline crack to the side extending approximately 2.5 cm from the rim.
