the compressed bulging sides rising from four tall cylindrical legs to a waisted neck and a wide flanged rim, set with a pair of upright loop handles, the base cast with an apocryphal four-character Xuande seal mark
Condition
The censer has an approx. 5-cm indentation to the inner rim and scattered small nicks and dents, particularly at the edges. There is noticeable wear (including pitting) to the surface, as illustrated in the catalog.
